assisting you to move your existing website data from your old hosting to our hosting service,
saving you the hassle of manual migration.
Below is the full process and important notes.

【Migration Steps】
Step 1: Provide your old hosting login credentials to our engineering team by sending an email to support@twnoc.net. Our engineers will contact you to confirm feasibility and coordinate the migration process.
Step 2: Order a virtual hosting plan from Yuan-Jhen Information Co., Ltd.’s website, and make sure to select “Free Migration Service” during checkout (for VPS, management services must be purchased additionally).
Step 3: After your order is confirmed and payment completed, the registered email will receive the “Free Virtual Hosting Migration Activation Notice”. Please provide your old hosting login credentials again or forward the original consultation email. Our engineers will proceed with the migration.
Step 4: Once migration is completed, point your DNS to the new hosting. If you need assistance with DNS configuration, you can provide your domain control panel access, and our engineers will set it up for you.
Important Notes
Please apply for the free migration within one month after completing the order and payment.
If the free migration service was not selected during order, please email service@twnoc.net for assistance.
This service covers 1 website + 1 database for free. Additional websites will incur a fee of NT$500 per site.
For Linux virtual hosting, if the original provider supports cPanel, account copying will be attempted. If copying fails, a manual migration will be performed. One website + one database is provided for free even with manual migration.
If the hosting plan is canceled and refunded within one month, migration handling fee NT$500 and any discounts will be deducted.
VPS or dedicated servers with management services also include migration for one website.
