因機房電力設備爆炸造成主機斷線,在機房工作人員24小時全力搶修下,主機已在 6/2 18:00 恢復正常運作。 由於此事件為單純的意外事件,但仍造成主機上的網站無法正常運作,在此向各位客戶說聲抱歉。 主機自 6/1 5:55 斷線,6/2 18:00 恢復,總計斷線時間為 36 小時,已超出五小時連續斷線時間,我們將負起賠償的責任。 主機上所有用戶到期日延長一個月,如有其他需要我們服務的地方,請來信或來電,我們將竭誠為您服務。 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6/2 19:00更新 : 目前 75.125.239.98 主機,已經恢復正常,但是機房並未給予確認主機已完全恢復的通知。 稍後機房有更新的公告,我們將會在這邊更新,並在機房告知主機不會在中斷服務的同時公告相關的補償措施。 由於機房配電室發生火災並非大家所樂見,機房也已盡最大的努力恢復中,請各位用戶見諒。 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6/2 更新 : 最新訊息,請參照機房公告: http://service-update.theplanet.com/ 2 樓已經完成臨時供電測試程序(本公司主機位於 2 樓),將開始啟動冷卻空調,然後再一櫃一櫃恢復各機櫃電力。 需要作業時間仍需數小時之久,(2樓有6000台機器),機房已盡最大的努力恢復中,請各位用戶見諒。 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6/1: 目前美國休士頓機房由於電力系統短路造成配電室火災,機房人員在消防隊指示下將所有電力系統關閉,以避免造成更大的損失。 由於配電室嚴重損毀,因此備用發電機無法啟用,需等待供應商替換組件。 本公司受影響主機共計一台,位於該機房 2 樓,自 6/1 5:55am 起無法連線,相關的補償措施將會在主機恢復正常運作後公告。 造成各位用戶的不便,請各位用戶見諒。 以下為機房公告: This evening at 4:55pm CDT in our H1 data center, electrical gear shorted, creating an explosion and fire that knocked down three walls surrounding our electrical equipment room. Thankfully, no one was injured. In addition, no customer servers were damaged or lost. We have just been allowed into the building to physically inspect the damage. Early indications are that the short was in a high-volume wire conduit. We were not allowed to activate our backup generator plan based on instructions from the fire department. This is a significant outage, impacting approximately 9,000 servers and 7,500 customers. All members of our support team are in, and all vendors who supply us with data center equipment are on site. Our initial assessment, although early, points to being able to have some service restored by mid-afternoon on Sunday. Rest assured we are working around the clock. We are in the process of communicating with all affected customers. we are planning to post updates every hour via our forum and in our customer portal. Our interactive voice response system is updating customers as well. There is no impact in any of our other five data centers. I am sorry that this accident has occurred and I apologize for the impact. | |
